Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all catering areas, including kitchens, dining facilities and associated workspaces, cleaning equipment, machinery, floors, walls, windows, fridges, shelves, trolleys, hot plates and other catering equipment as required.
- Wash, dry and store crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, ensuring all items are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
- Assist with basic food preparation, including cleaning and preparing fruit and vegetables.
About You
You are a positive team player who takes pride in doing a job well. Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment, you have a strong eye for detail and a flexible approach to work. You will be comfortable following instructions, working independently when needed, and supporting colleagues to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently.
Previous kitchen experience would be an advantage, but most importantly, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high standards every day.
