Book of Remembrance
The Book of Remembrance commemorates the lives of the Chelsea Pensioners who passed away while in residence at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. Spanning nearly five decades, it serves as a lasting tribute to the men and women who made this historic institution their final home.
While comprehensive, the record may not include all Chelsea Pensioners, and specifically does not include those who chose to return to civilian life prior to their death. It stands as a solemn reminder of their service, their time at the Royal Hospital, and their place in our community.
