London Craft Week: Family Sea Glass Art Workshop

Join us at the Soane Stable Yard on Saturday 16 May as we celebrate London Craft Week with a creative, hands‑on family workshop.

Meet Chelsea Pensioner Mick Gue, who will be sharing his unique talent for transforming natural sea glass into beautiful works of art. Families will have the chance to help create a collective sea glass artwork and make their own piece—themed around love and friendship—to take home.

This is a free workshop, but advance booking is essential.
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and a ticket is required for every attendee.

A Chelsea Pensioner wearing a scarlet uniform with service medals sits at a desk smiling towards the camera. In front of him are colourful pieces of glass and artwork arranged on paper, alongside craft tools and a desk lamp. The setting appears to be a workshop or studio space, suggesting a relaxed and creative activity.
