The Royal Hospital Chelsea is home to the Chelsea Pensioners - retired soldiers who receive both sheltered accommodation and full nursing care in a community built on camaraderie, dignity and respect. Our nursing team plays a vital role in ensuring our veterans receive the highest standards of care in a safe and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver person-centred nursing care with professionalism and empathy
- Support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our Pensioners
- Administer medication safely and in line with clinical guidelines
- Lead and collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to care planning
- Uphold the values of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in every interaction
What we’re looking for:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in adult or elderly care settings
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A commitment to dignity, respect, and high standards of care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Our selection process
