Food & Beverage Assistant – Maternity cover

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering excellent service to our Chelsea Pensioners.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will support the preparation, service, and clearing of food and beverages, ensuring all areas remain clean, safe, and well presented. You will help set up service areas, assist with events, and uphold high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer care.

The ideal candidate will be a positive team player with good communication skills and a commitment to delivering great service. Previous experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential.

This is a full-time role, working any five days out of seven, which includes weekends.  The shift times are: 0630 – 1430, 0700 – 1500, 1030 – 1830 & 1100 – 1900hrs

Our selection process
