With an unusual blend of heritage management experience and a 20-year career in the Army, our Curator, Tina Kilnan, brings a distinctive perspective to the Royal Hospital’s story.

As a home to Army veterans for more than 300 years, the Royal Hospital has a particularly rich military heritage. As custodian of a collection of more than 30,000 artefacts, Tina will share some of the objects that have captured her imagination and professional interest, from the beautiful and intriguing to the unexpected and curious.

This is a rare opportunity to explore the Hospital’s unique collection through the eyes of the person who knows it best, with a special visit to the Hidden Museum and a glimpse of archive material not normally on public display.
