This new and pivotal role involves being the primary point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. You will manage sales, create tailored proposals, and oversee marketing platforms to attract and retain clients. Collaborating closely with our Event Managers, you will coordinate event schedules and conduct recces as needed. Other key responsibilities include monthly sales reporting, financial management of bookings, and proactive customer relationship management through meetings and industry events. Under the guidance of the Head of Events and Senior Event Operations Manager, you will support social media and other marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall commercial strategy of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in events management or sales, particularly within heritage venues. The role requires a proven track record in meeting income targets and using Event CRM software to track client interactions. Organisational skills and proactive task coordination are crucial for this office-based role, which also involves occasional attendance at industry events outside standard working hours.
