Figure Court is the central heart of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, home to our annual Founder's Day parade and is available to be hired alongside The State Apartments, The Great Hall or Wren House and makes a splendid outdoor space for weddings, corporate dinners or as a backdrop for filiming & photographic shoots.
With views onto the Thames, Figure Court dates from the seventeenth century. This central courtyard forms the oldest part of the Royal Hospital and is bordered by an elegant Doric colonnade, the Chapel, the State Apartments, Wren House and the Great Hall. Overlooked by Grinling Gibbons’ gilded statue of King Charles II, Figure Court provides a stunning location for summer drinks before dinner.

A wet weather venue must also be hired alongside Figure Court
Restrictions:
- Figure Court must be vacated by 21:00 and all guests are requested to move to the indoor venue space hired.
