Introducing the Royal Hospital Chelsea Christmas Cards for 2025
The Royal Hospital Chelsea is pleased to announce that a selection of this year’s Christmas cards are now available to order online.
Each year, our cards play a small but meaningful role in helping friends and supporters share festive greetings while contributing directly to the care of the Chelsea Pensioners. This year’s collection brings together familiar scenes from our historic home and the work of celebrated illustrators, creating cards that feel personal, thoughtful and unmistakably Chelsea.

Among the new additions is Chelsea Pensioner Snowman, a specially commissioned illustration by renowned cartoonist Jonathan Pugh. Capturing the character and warmth of the Pensioners in a playful winter setting, the design reflects the spirit of the season and the unique charm of the Royal Hospital. The card is printed in the United Kingdom and produced exclusively for the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
Also available are two individual designs by Chelsea Pensioner, Bill Howard - Robin and Poinsettia. These familiar, elegant motifs have become favourites among supporters who appreciate a classic Christmas card that carries a deeper connection to our community.
Completing the collection is College Court, a design depicting one of the Hospital’s most recognisable spaces during the winter season, offering a striking image of the Royal Hospital at this special time of year.
All of the cards are available in a pack of 5 and retailing at £10.
