Join our catering team at the historic Royal Hospital Chelsea, as a Commis Chef. 

About the Role

In this role you will prepare, cook, and serve meals for our Chelsea Pensioners and their guests in the Great Hall and Infirmary. From working across the Kitchen, Larder, and Pastry departments to catering for grand events and daily meals, every day brings a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring every dish meets exceptional quality. Whether cooking special lunches, barbecues, or for events, your passion for great food will shine. With a focus on reducing waste, maintaining top-tier equipment, and upholding strict Health & Safety regulations, you’ll play a crucial role in our catering team.

This is a full time and permanent role working an average of 41 hours, working any 5 days out of 7 so will include weekend working.
