Garden House School - Family Story Walks
A warm welcome to the reception families of Garden House School.
The Royal Hospital Chelsea warmly welcomes new families from Garden House School and invites Reception class children and their families to join us for a free interactive Story Walk through the historic grounds of the Royal Hospital. This unique experience offers a chance to explore some of the most stunning spaces in the Hospital, including Figure Court, The Great Hall, and The Wren Chapel, while bringing to life 300 years of history.
The Story Walk
Led by professional musicians and storyteller Paul Rubinstein, this immersive experience will feature storytelling, singing, and live music. Children will become active participants, making creative choices, using their imaginations, and engaging with each other as they explore.
Dates and Times
- Saturday, 19th October: 10.30am-11.15am, 11.45am-12.30pm and 2.30pm-3.15pm.
- Friday, 8th November: 2.30pm – 3.15pm.
We also welcome you to visit the newly opened Heidi Bakery café at Soane Stable Yard after your tour.
