Standing Pilates: Foundations

This 30-minute Standing Pilates class with Norah Jeffery delivers a full-body tune-in, no mat required. You’ll flow through dynamic, feel-good movements that boost posture, balance, core activation and increase flexibility, all while strengthening the muscles that support you every day. Suitable for all levels, with clear guidance and adaptable options, this energising class builds better movement from the ground up.

Meet Your Instructor
Norah Jeffrey
Norah’s passion for Pilates began during her ballet training. Throughout her ballet career, Pilates practice has been an integral role in her daily life and recognises its benefits for injury prevention, rehabilitation and body conditioning.
After a challenging injury, she was eager to spend the time to understand body movement patterns and deepen her knowledge and love for Pilates. Norah trained on the BASI Pilates Comprehensive Course. She has completed extensive hours of practice on all Pilates apparatus. Norah looks forward to sharing her love and enthusiasm for Pilates, and showing the positive benefits that Pilates can provide!
Norah is a BASI Pilates Comprehensive Course graduate, with extensive training in both mat and apparatus work. Her classes are welcoming, energising, and designed to help you unlock the transformative benefits of Pilates - no matter your starting point.
