We’re excited to launch a brand-new 9-week Pilates course at the Soane Stable Yard, led by expert instructor Norah.
Perfect for beginners and those at an intermediate level, this mat-based class will guide you through the fundamentals of Pilates while helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall wellbeing — all in a fun, supportive environment.
Each class lasts 50 minutes, and over the course of the program, you'll see and feel your progress, week by week.
Class Details:
Location: Soane Stable Yard Activity Space, Royal Hospital Chelsea (Via Chelsea Gate)
Dates: Sundays from 8th June – 10th August
Time: 10:30 AM (50-minute sessions)
Capacity: 12 people per session.

Meet Your Instructor
Norah discovered her love for Pilates during her ballet training, where it became a daily part of her routine. After sustaining a significant injury, she turned to Pilates not just for rehabilitation, but to deepen her understanding of body mechanics and movement.
Norah is a BASI Pilates Comprehensive Course graduate, with extensive training in both mat and apparatus work. Her classes are welcoming, energising, and designed to help you unlock the transformative benefits of Pilates - no matter your starting point.
