Embrace the art of sock darning in a fun and insightful family workshop aimed at honouring the spirit of sustainability and resourcefulness. Delve into the poignant practice of giving new life to your worn-out socks, breathing vibrant colours and stories back into their fabric. As we gather to mend, let's reflect on the wasteful habits of our modern world and rediscover the beauty in cherishing and reusing what we already have.

Join us for a day of creativity, learning, and nostalgia as we celebrate the timeless tradition of make do and mend. You can bring your old socks which need fixing, or you're welcome to use our holey spare pairs…

Please note that there are limited tickets for each workshop and a ticket is required to attend. Please book ahead of your visit.

Please note only one adult can attend with their children. This is due to the space capacity of the room.

Location: Soane Stable Yard, Activity Space.
