Join us for our dementia-friendly movement and exercise classes
Join Alice Crawford, a former dancer with the English National Ballet, for an expressive, joyful movement class full of laughter and fun in the safe and loving environment of the Royal Hospital Chelsea’s Soane Stable Yard.
Developed over several years through sessions with the Chelsea Pensioners, Alice has crafted a unique programme which aids, maintains and improves joint mobility, while gently building stamina and strength through the repetition of movement. These gentle sessions aim to act as a beneficial tool in maintaining memory and focus due to Alice’s careful construction of the exercises and the strong emphasis on rhythm and varying speeds.
