Royal Hospital Chelsea Earns Prestigious Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Status

14th June 2023

We are excited to announce that the Royal Hospital Chelsea has been granted the 'Silver Employer Recognition Scheme' (ERS) status by the Reserve Forces and Cadets’ Association for Greater London (GL RFCA).

The ERS is an award bestowed by the Ministry of Defence, recognising employers who actively demonstrate support and flexibility towards defence personnel and encourage others to do the same.

This significant achievement underscores our ongoing commitment to the armed forces community. We are deeply honoured by this recognition and we will continue to strive for excellence in our support for our armed forces personnel. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to creating a supportive and understanding environment for the defence community.

We look forward to celebrating this esteemed recognition at an awards ceremony later this year and continue our work in fostering a strong relationship with our armed forces community.
